Direct|Socialize enables companies to set up their own branded social community, which we call customer-centric communities. In these communities, customers interact directly with the company for product and service information, make suggestions, and respond to company lead polls and surveys. In addition customers interact directly with each other to get product reviews and share experiences. Plus members can invite their friends and family to join.
